T&B Services, Ltd. is a company which specializes in testing and balancing and system analysis of mechanical systems for commercial, industrial, educational, etc. buildings. We bring over 30 years experience in the HVAC industry, including design experience and extensive control design and operation experience. We specialize in initial system commissioning of new systems, and analysis and troubleshooting of existing systems and control system, and analysis and evaluation. T&B Services was established in 1980 and has devoted its activities to the testing and balancing and system analysis area of our industry. We have no products to sell, therefore our decisions and reports are unbiased due to considerations of any product line. We provide our service at a responsible professional level to Architects, Consulting Engineers, Contracting Firms and to Building Owners. T&B Services, Ltd. has on its staff registered professional engineers experienced in system operation, system design and controls, enabling us to provide professional services on all systems encountered in the HVAC industry. T&B Services, Ltd. is currently a Certified Member of the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB), a national organization of testing and balancing agencies.
